Turn Around Time (TAT)

 When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 20-30 business days from order date. This does not include weekends and holidays.

Please allow this time frame before contacting us regarding your order.

 

Shipping / Tracking 

 Please allow 48/72 hours for tracking to be updated.

We are not responsible for packages after shipping. Once you have received your tracking number from us, it's out of our control. If there is an issue with your package, please contact your local USPS.

This includes lost, damaged or stolen packages.

 

Can you combine my orders and refund shipping?

Combining orders is a tricky process. We would love to be able to do this easily, but when we get your e-mail requesting to combine orders, the message has to get from customer service to shipping before shipping has packed up and sent out your orders. We cannot always do this so we want to keep it fair and we will not be combining orders at this time.

 

I think my order is lost in the mail?

We are NOT responsible for lost or damages that occurs during mailing. Once an item is dropped off we can no longer assume responsibility for the item or its whereabouts. We primarily ship through the USPS. If your order has been marked as delivered by the delivery service but has not actually been received by you then we recommend that you contact the delivery service used which for us is currently USPS. Orders that have been shipped will not be replaced or refunded.

 

 

-SIZING-

If you are unsure on your child's size please contact us regarding sizing prior to placing an order.

Size adjustments can be addition fee's after an order is placed.

 

-CARE-

Machine Washing: Wash separately in cool water using gentle machine cycle. Machine dry using low temperature setting.

 

-PRIVACY POLICY-

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, and your address.

We use this information to process your order, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.
